Tamara Kondic

 

Tamara Kondic serves as a Managing Director at Donohoe Advisory where she provides guidance to issuers and their counsel relating to qualifying for initial listing and maintaining a listing on U.S. national stock exchanges.

Prior to joining Donohoe Advisory in July 2020, Ms. Kondic served as Director in the Listing Qualifications Department at The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC. During her thirteen-year tenure at Nasdaq, Ms. Kondic reviewed and analyzed 1,000+ initial listing applications, with an emphasis on analyzing IPOs, RegA+ offerings, seasoned companies, reverse mergers, distribution spin-off transactions, secondary offerings (new class of security) and SPAC/SPAC Business Combination transactions.

As a member of the Nasdaq Innovation Committee, Ms. Kondic consistently brought new ideas that improved the existing rules and procedures designed to protect investors and enhance the integrity of The Nasdaq Stock Market. Ms. Kondic served as the lead reviewer for all incoming RegA+ offerings. She was successful identifying problematic trends and suspicious transactions. In one case, Ms. Kondic flagged a transaction that led to a successful SEC enforcement action in 2019.

Ms. Kondic graduated from the University of Rijeka, Croatia with B.A. in International Business and M.A. in Economics in 1997.
